Rhubarb & Hazelnut Crumble

Ingredients
RhubarbSugarButterWholemeal FlourHazelnuts
Directions
Place chopped rhubarb in 1litre ovenproof dish.
sprinkle with 45g golden caster sugar.
Rub 100g cold diced butter into 125g wholemeal flower till you have a breadcrumb like texture.
Stir in 45g golden caster sugar and 75g hazelnuts.
Spoon mix over fruit, pack down.
Cook 200c for 35-40 mins
