Easy Fruited Coffee Cake/Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour1 cup granulated sugar4 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt2 beaten eggs1 cup milk1/2 cup canola oil2 cups frozen fruit
Directions
Grease and flour a 13" X 9" baking pan. Pre-heat oven to 375.

In large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In 2 cup liquid measuring cup, beat eggs then add milk and oil.

Toss frozen fruit into dry ingredients and mix.

Stir up wet ingredients then add them to bowl of berries and dry ingredients. Pour into baking pan and bake about 25 minutes.
