3 egg white, 1 yolk omlet with ham, mushrooms, and cheese

Ingredients
3 egg whites (with 1 yolk from 1 egg)2 T. milk3 T. shredded mozarella cheese3 T. diced ham2 medium mushrooms sliced1/4 c. salsa
Directions
Saute mushrooms and ham in pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Beat egg whites and yolk together with 2 T. milk. Pour in greased pan (greased with pam). Cook through 3/4 the way. Add mozarella cheese, ham and mushrooms. Fold over and finish cooking. Serve with salsa on top.
