3/4 cup orange juice1 (6oz) carton low fat vanilla yogurt1 1/2 cups fresh berries1/4 cup nonfat dry milk1 TBSP wheat germ, optional1TBSP honey1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender with several ice cubes and process until creamy. Makes 1 smoothie
