1 salmon fillet, cooked1/3 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs1 egg whiteSeasonings of your choice
Directions
break salmon into pieces and combine with bread crumbs,egg white, seasonings. Form into two patties. Place in hot skillet sprayed with Pam and cook til heated through.
