Cold Vegetable Pizza

1 can Reduced fat crescent rolls1 (8oz) Neufachatel cheese3 tsp Ranch DressingVegetables:1.5 cups Broccoli chopped fine1.5 cups Cauliflower chopped fine5 oz Cherry Tomato halved1 Cucumber chopped fine
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.In a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan or 13 inch round pizza stone, arrange the crescent roll dough in a single layer. Pinch together the edges of the dough. Bake for 10 minutes, or until it becomes a golden brown crust. Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool.
3.In a small bowl, mix together the Neufchatel cheese, and dry Ranch dressing seasoning. Mixture will be thick. Drop by spoonful over cooled crust and evenly spread the cheese over it. Sprinkle Vegetables on top of the cheese spread.
4.Cut the chilled pizza into squares with a pizza cutter to serve.
Makes 16 servings (approx 2" x 3")
