2 cups Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Egg Noodle pasta1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved1 cup fresh broccoli florets1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup tap water2 gloves garlic, chopped1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add the broccoli florets to the pasta water during the final two minutes of cooking time. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine olive oil, water, chopped garlic, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2 minutes. Drain pasta/broccoli, and toss with olive oil mixture and tomatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy! (Makes 2 one-cup servings)
