Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 bag coleslaw1 1/3 cup red onion1 1/5 cup sliced carrots4 tbsp. fresh cilantro3/4 cup peanuts (almonds are great also)8 tsp. sesame oil6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar1 tsp. red pepper flakes (or as desired)
Directions
Toss all ingrediants together and serve, it's so simple and quick. Makes about 6 servings, 2 cups each. I like to add a lean protein and eat as a salad, but feel free to eat alone or as a side dish.
