1/4 cup milk substitute2 Tablespoons reduced fat natural creamy peanut butter GFCF1 Tablespoon 100% Maple syrup or 1 Tablespoon honey1 cup Vanilla nonfat yougurt1 cup ice

blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
