2 cans(or frozen) mixed vegetables2 cans cream of chicken soup1 pkg. Chicken breast2 cups water
Boil chicken breast and cut into cubes. Heat water and soup until boiling. Add vegetables; cook until tender. Add chicken last, heat until hot.
Awesome served with mexican cornbread!

This is second recipe I've made from this website in the past week. Both have been a big hit! I have had trouble in the past making healthy meals that I and my husband like. Made w/1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of celery, bag of frozen mixed veggies. Served w/cornbread muffins. Yum! - 11/21/07
