Vegetable Cheesey Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 Bag of California Style Frozen vegetables1 can cheddar cheese soup1 can cream of chicken soup1 C chicken broth1 cup Minute Rice1/2 C butter
Directions
Mix soups, broth, and melted butter. Pour over rice and vegetables, place in casserole. Bake at 350 for about an hour.

    I didn't use any canned soup base in mine, simply made a bean and veggie soup and added some left-over Greek rice salad and then more rice until it was thick enough. It's too hot to eat and too good to not keep trying! mmmmm - 4/23/12
