Zucchini Parmesan

2 cups sliced zucchini1 cup sliced mushrooms25 large sliced black olives2 cups Spaghetti sauce1/2 cup fat free Mozerella cheese1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Slice the zucchini, mushrooms and olives.
Toss together in lightly sprayed baking dish.
Add spaghetti sauce and toss to coat.
Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 18 minutes. Take out and top with mozzerella cheese and bake another 2 minutes.
Makes 6 equal servings
