Cheese stuffed Potrabella Mushrooms

Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams (remove)Classico Traditional Basil Pesto sauce & spread, 0.625 cup (remove)*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .5 cup (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) (remove)Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease glass baking dish with coconut oil. Wash mushrooms and pat dry, set in baking dish and fill.
Add 1 tbsp pesto per mushroom.
Top with 1/4 c. pasta sauce
cover with about 1 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Top with one slice of provolone.
repeat for each mushroom - prepare one for each person
bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot.
