Ingredients
one low fat pie crust2 egg yolks beatenpeppers, onions, broccoli from stir fry blendthin sliced smart dog12-14oz instant non fat milk2 slices veggie soy cheese
Directions
spread tofu slices and sliced mushroom on bottom of pie crust, top with stir fry blend veggies
Blend egg and milk with chopped soy cheese.
Pour egg milk mix over pie crust & filling
Bake 60 mins at 375
Makes 6 slices quiche at 126 calories each.
