1 cup almonds .75 cup prunes.75 cup dates.25 cup orange juice.25 cup sunflower seeds.25 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)handful of dried blueberries
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Put the almonds, prunes, and dates in the food processor. Pulse several times until they are coarsely chopped and make a sort of paste. Add the orange juice, stir, and pulse some more to make it into more of a paste. Add the sunflower seeds and pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and pulse more. Stir in the dried blueberries and spread the mixture into an 8x8 pan. Bake on 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and cut. Makes 8 bars.
