Spinach with Pine Nuts and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 tbl Olive oil3 tbls minced garlic/or to taste1/2 cup chopped onion.25 pine nuts.25 cup fresh basil leaves (whole or torn in large pieces)4 Italian tomatoes quartered10 oz fresh baby spinach
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion begins to turn clear. Add pine nuts and saute another minute or 2. Add tomatoe and basil leaves. When tomato heats through, add spinach and toss until spinach begins to wilt. Serve and enjoy.
