Whole-wheat Sugar-free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened1/2 cup packed Splenda brown sugar blend1/2 cup Splenda2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt3 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)1 cup raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together butter and Splendas until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Stir in oats and raisins; mix well.
Drop using a large cookie scoop (think small ice cream scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 17 minutes or until golden brown.
For bar cookies: Bake 30 to 35 minutes in ungreased 13X9 metal baking pan.
Makes 20 large cookies.
