Chunky Guacamole Dip

Ingredients2-3 avocados1 bunch of green onions(green parts cut into small pieces)1 juice from a lime3 large tomatoes or 1 pint of cherry/grape tomatoes1 bunch of cilantro1 jalepeno pepper(diced into very small pieces)Salt & Pepper to taste
Step 1 - Dice tomatoes into small chunks.
Step 2 - Cut avocados in half. Remove the pit. Save for later to keep the guacamole dip fresh longer. Slince avocado with knife or avocado slicer.
Step 3 - Chop green part of green onions into smalls pieces.
Step 4 - Chop jalapeno pepper into small pieces.
Step 5 - Finely chop cilantro.
Step 6 - Add all chopped ingredients to to a medium bowl. Mix together. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the bowl. Mix and add salt & pepper to taste.
Enjoy with some Flax corn chips!
