Chopped Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower, chopped2 cups broccoli, chopped1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped1 cup carrots, chopped1 cup sweet red pepper, choppedDressing: 1/2 cup fat free mayo1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 packets Truvia (or 2 tbsp. sugar)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, and allow to sit for at least 2 hours before serving (overnight is better!).
