6-8 pieces of cubed steak1/4 cup of all purpose white floursalt and pepper to taste2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce1/4 of chopped onion2 teaspoons of mustard1/2 cup of ketchup1 cup of sweet pickel juice (I use no suger added kind)
Flour meat and brown in pan with olive oil.
Salt and pepper meat to taste
Brown about 5 minutes on each side.
Mix together worchestershire sauce, onions, mustart, ketchup, and sweet pickle juice.
Pour over meat and then cover and simmer 30-40 minutes until meat is done.
I used dried onions, if using fresh onion then brown in pan with meat and then pour sauce over meat.
