Peach and Banana Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
12 whole wheat, light bread2 1/4 cup skim milk1 tbsp granulated sugar1 tsp brown sugar1 tsp powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup egg substitute
Directions
Mix milk, egg substitute, granulated sugar, brown sugar, 1/2 powdered sugar, vanilla in a bowl. Coat each piece of bread. Layer fruit between bread slices. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serve!
