Pecan crusted chicken breasts

3/4 cup toasted Pecans1/4 cup bread crumbs3 tbs olive oil3 large pounded chicken breastsdash of kosher saltground black pepper
Grind pecans and bread crumbs to a fine mixture, adding salt and pepper, put on a large plate
Pound chicken breasts, then dip in milk.
Cover chicken breasts in breading.
Heat 3 TBS of olive oil in a large skillet.
Pan fry each breaded piece of chicken for approximately 10 minutes each side. If breasts are large and the juice doesn't run clear, cook for a few more minutes.
