20 oz extra lean ground turkey (97% Fat Free)28 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)10 oz package fresh baby spinach
1. Spray large saute pan with cooking spray. Add turkey and cook over medium heat until well done. Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
2. Add undrained tomatoes. Next add fresh spinach (in batches if necessary ). Cover and cook until spinach is completely wilted.
3.Season to your preferences and simmer until seasoning is well blended.
Makes 5 servings (approximately 1 1/4 cup)
