very low fat biscuits

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 3 cup Lemon Juice, 4 TBBaking Powder, 6 tspsSun Crystal, 3 pktKroger plain greek yogurt, 2 servingsFlour, white, 5 cups
Directions
Combine milk and lemon juice in a 4 cup measure, set aside. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add yogurt and cut in as if it were butter, until mixture is crumbly. Add milk mixture and stir until well blended. Will have lumps. Pour onto a sprayed cookie sheet, bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes until done. It works better to pour onto a well sprayed large cookie sheet and bake like you would scones. They taste great!
