Sauteed Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients
15-20 Brussel Sprouts (about 1 lb)1 T. Chopped garlic1-2 T. Olive oil3 slices baconLemon zest
Directions
Cook bacon as directed (I use precooked in the microwave for 30 seconds) and set aside.
Saute garlic in pan with olive oil.
Cut ends off brussel sprouts and cut into small chunks.
Add sprouts to pan, saute over medium heat until browned and slightly crispy.
Add crumbled bacon and mix well.
Add lemon zest right before serving.


Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 1/2 cup servings
