Lizzy Ginger Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak cut in strips3 bell peppers8 oz sliced mushrooms1 large onion cut in half and sliced1/2 cup braggs liquid aminos2 Tbsp rice vinegar2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger3 clove garlic put through press4 tsp sugar4 tsp corn starch2 Tbsp sesame oil
Directions
Mix braggs, vinegar, ginger, garlic, sugar, and corn starch in bowl and add sirloin. Mix well and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Heat oil in large skillet or wok and stir fry peppers, onion, and mushrooms till crisp tender.

Add steak and stir fry to your liking.

Serve with Texmati Brown Rice [not included in nutritional info].
