Lasagne Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 Lb lean beef 1/2 large onion1 26 oz Jar Spagetti sauce Classico2 C non fat cottage cheese2 C Partly skim, shredded mozzarella cheese1 large egg or equal amount of egg white 1 Red bell pepper1 med-sized zucchini diced2 cloves garlic9 oz spanich1 box Tinkyada Pasta joy Organic Lasagne1/4 c parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray non stick cooking spray in 9x13 casserol dish.
Bring 6 quarts water to boil cook lasgna 15 min. Lay out on wax paper to keep straight and not stick together. Cook beef and drain fat if any. Saute onions zucchini, bell pepper, and garlic, until onion is clear. Mix beef and vegies with Spagetti sauce. Mix egg with cottage cheese.
Layer sauce mix, then lasagne, spread cottage cheese mixture, layer with spanich, motz cheese and repeat layers.
End with motz cheese sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 35-45 min. Oven dependent. Remove foil cook for 10 min. more. Let sit for 10 min. cut into 12 equal pieces. Enjoy.
