1 lb Ground beef lean 16 oz1/2 cup chopped onion raw1 cup pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1/2 tsp Pepper1 tsp Saltdash of (1/4 tsp) Garlic powder1 1/2 cups Peas, frozen1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1 1/2 cups (350 grams) Red Potatoes cut up2 tbsp Butter1/3 cup Milk, 2%1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1. In a skillet brown the ground beef with the onions and mushrooms, add some salt & pepper (you will add the rest of at the salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes).
2. Put the mixture into a casserole baking dish. Layer the peas & corn on top of the meat and mushroom.
3. Meanwhile boil the potatoes in water until tender. Then mash the potatoes with the butter, milk, parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to potatoes if desired. Layer the mashed potatoes on top of the casserole baking dish that contains the meat and veggies.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes
