12 oz (4 cups) lettuce/salad mix, including carrot slivers4 oz. oven roasted turkey breast (slices or chopped)1/4 cup shredded colby cheese1 medium tomato, chopped (large chunks)1 slice red onion for topping
Mix together salad mix/es, shredded cheese and tomato, place turkey on top of mixture, then garnish with slice of red onion. (can add chopped hard-boiled egg also, but nutrition information does not include the egg)
