Ingredients
2 cup flour1 tsp salt2 Tbl. Olive Oil3/4 cup water
Directions
stir flour and salt, add oil, add warmed water until elastic consistency but not sticky. Knead until soft and elastic. split into 10 balls let rest. Roll out thin like a tortilla and cook on an oiled cast iron pan. 30 seconds or until dark spots on each side.
