Kale Crisps

Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, nutritional yeast flakes (optional, could use salt or any other popcorn flavoring or spice combination you have around), olive oil
Directions
Thoroughly wash kale, then tear into small chip-sized pieces.
Spin dry in salad spinner, or pat dry with a clean towel.
Toss with a bit of oil then sprinkle with nutritional yeast flakes (or salt).
Spread in a single layer on a baking tray and bake for 15 min, tossing once to ensure they bake evenly.
The kale becomes almost semi-translucent when finished and each crisp will shatter in your mouth when you take a bite!
