Ronzoni Whole Grain Pasta- 9 cooked noodlesfat free ricotta-15 oz. container1 jar of Prego marinara1/4 cup pesto10 oz. reduced fat mozzarella cheese1/4 cup parmesan1 pckg. frozen spinach, defrosted1 egg, beat slightly
Cook lasagne noodles. Mix ricotta and egg together. In another bowl, mix marinara and pesto. Put frozen spinach in a bowl. When noodles are cooked, put some sauce on the bottom of a glass lasagne pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add noodles, then ricotta mixture, then spinach, then mozzarella cheese. Continue to layer making repeating the same order until done. End with cheese, and add parmesan on top. Cook for 25-30 mins. until bubbly throughout. Cut into 10 pieces of equal size and serve!
