1.5 pounds lean ground beefpacket of taco seasoning3/4 cup of water or whatever is required on packetpackage of romaine salad blendcan of black beans drained and rinsedcan of sweet corn drained1 medium tomato diced
cook ground beef and drain
then add taco seasoning and water according to packet
combine all ingredients into 4 seperate bowls
I usually add a couple of tbsp of light sour cream, a serving of salsa, and corn chips. Those weren't included in this recipe.
