Lentil RoastSimmer together about one hour till very tender;- 1 cup uncooked lentils ( rinse) - 2& 1/2 c. water- 1 t. thyme- 3 large cloves garlic mincedRemove from heat, drain any remaining water ( won't be much if any) and add;- 1/2 c. chopped pecans- 1 T. flax meal- 2 c. soy milk- 1/4c. olive oil- 1 t. sage- 1 t. onion powder- 1 t. celery salt- add Bragg's liquid amino or just salt to taste
Mix all and scrape into a 9x9 glass pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. It will set firmer once it sits for about 15 minutes.
