Spagetti Squash with cheese & tomatoes

may be a bit higher in calories depending on size of squash1 spagetti squash ( approx. 4 cups)]1 can stewed tomatoes 796ml ( low sodium if available)2 tbsp of real bacon bits ( optional, lower calories if omitted)
cook squash in microwave about 3 minutes to soften skin.
pierce with fork multiple times, finish cooking additional 10min (for smaller sized squash) in micro. on high. or you can cut in half and bake in micro wave, open side down in a dish of water till squash has softened. pull away from skin in strands with a fork into large bowl. ad stewed tomatoes
( squished in to smaller pieces), ad cheese, and bacon if desired. mix well and enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 4-6 servings, about 1 cup each
