1 can (10.75 ounces) reduced fat cream of celery soup1 cup( 8 ounces) reduced fat sour cream 1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 package (16 ounces) frozen french style green beans, thawed2 cups frozen corn thawed 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese crackers crushedbutter flavored spray
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Stir in the green beans and corn and stir up. Transfer into a 2 qt cooking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray Bake for 25 mins at 350 degrees covered
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the crushed up crackers on top and spray with butter spray. Keep cover off and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
