300 gms Potatoes2 Md size tomatoes100 gms frozen Peas1 tsp grated ginger2 cloves garlic1 cup chopped Onions2-3 Green hot peppersDry Spices1 tspCilantro seed powder1 tsp Red Hot pepper powder1/2 tsp Turmeric1/4 tsp Garam Masala1/4 cup chopped Cilantro leaves1 tbsp Oil
Boil Potatoes, dice them to 1/2".
Heat the oil in a wok, Add the chopped onion and let it cook for a few minutes, Add chopped ginger and hot peppers.. AS it mixes add the tomatoes. A few minutes later add the thawed peas, to the mixture, Add all the dry ingredients.
Keep boiling water handy and add two cups of water to the mixture.
Serve garnished with the chopped cilantro
