Quinoa Tabouleh

Ingredients
1/2 cup of dry quinoa1 tsp of better than bouillon vegetable paste1 bunch of parsley, chopped fine1/2 cup chopped carrots3/4 cup chopped cherry or grape tomatoes1/2 cucumber, peeled & chopped1 bunch scallions, chopped1 can chickpeasjuice of one orange2 tbs lemon juice2 tbs olive oil
Directions
Cook quinoa with one cup of water and bouillon, let cool.
Combine with all other ingredients and mix well.
