Pesto Sauce for chicken/shrimp/pasta

Ingredients
1 tsp Butter1 tsp Olive Oil2 tbsp cornstarch2 cups milk 1% 4 tbsp (1/4 cup)Classico Basil Pesto,8 tbsp (1/2 cup) Silani Parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt butter and oil together in small saucepan. Stir in cornstarch, milk and pesto. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in Parmesan Cheese.

This is very rich so I use 1/2 a portion and then taste and adjust amount based on what I am putting it on.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 --1/4 cup servings.
