parmesan asparagus & onion tart

Ingredients
1 refrigerated Pie Crust 1 tsp Olive Oil or other oil 2 med. Onions sliced into rings 1 lb. Fresh Asparagus, trimmed & cut into bite size pcs. 4 oz. cream cheese fat free 1/2 cup fat free sour cream or yogurt 1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest, 3 Egg whites 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded,
Directions
preheat oven to 400*

line a 9 1/2" removeable bottom tart pan with pie crust
trim edge
prick bottom w/ fork
bake 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned, remove & cool

saute' onion slices in oil until caramelized
stirring occasionally, appox. 10 minutes
spoon into crust
top with asparagus

beat next 4 ingredients with whisk until well blended
add 1/4 cup cheese, mix well
pour over asparagus
top with remaining cheese

place on foiled lined baking sheet to catch any overflow
bake 20-25 minutes or until filling is slightly puffed and set in center
remove from oven, let set 10 minutes before slicing into 8 servings
