Ranchero Turkey and Quinoa Skillet

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa1 lb raw Ground Turkey1 Large Sweet Red Pepper, chopped2 clove Garlic, crushed1 tbsp Chili powder1 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced1 cup frozen peas1 cup fresh salsa
Directions
Brown turkey, pepper and garlic over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until turkey not pink.

Drain then season with chili powder

Add quinoa, continue on medium heat until rice is hot

Add peas and salsa, heat through and serve
