Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed shreddedFlour Tortillas, 2 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Mexican Cheese, queso anejo, 5 cup, crumbled Onions, raw, sliced .25 cup, sliced Avocados, California (Haas), .125 fruit without skin and seeds aproximately 4 slices
Place on flour tortilla flat on kitchen surface. Distribute shredded chicken on tortilla. Then distribute mexican cheese, sliced onions and one slice of avocado in each (quad). Grill and enjoy.
