Broccoli Bean Bake

3 tbsp Margarine, divided6 cups Broccoli Florets, raw2 cups black beans1 small onion2 cloves garlic, minced4 oz chopped pimentos2 cups low fat cheddar cheese3 tbsp Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
1. Saute onion and garlic in 1.5 tbsp of mararine, remove and place in greased glass pan
2. Place broccoli in saucepan with 1" of water, bring to a boil, simmer and cover for 5-8 minutes until crisp/steamed
3. Remove broccoli, drain and pour over onion mixture.
4. Add beans and pimentos on top of broccoli
5. Cover with cheese and Corn Flake Crumbs
6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 375
