4 cups air popped popcorn (1/3 cup)2 T butter1/3 cup brown sugar packed1/3 cup karo light corn syrup1/4 tsp baking soda1 t vanilla
Pop popcorn and put in medium sized bowl. Put butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in medium sized pan. Heat on medium until butter melts, stirring. Lower heat to medium low, continue to stir 5 more minutes. Remove from stove. Add baking soda and vanilla, stir. Pour over popcorn. Stir and eat.
