Ingredients
Combine and Boil until reduced to syrup3 TB Agave1/4 Tsp Paprika1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper1/4 C. Lemon JuiceSaute12 oz Scallops1 tsp Olive OilSea Salt & Black PepperAfter cooked, remove from pan and keep warmIn Saute pan, add 1 tsp Olive oil and 1/2 spinachDeglaze pan with spinach.Add remaining Spinach and cook just until wilted.Serve Scallops over bed of spinach, drizzle sauce over the top.
