Ingredients:Okra, 25 pods (3" long) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Cilantro, raw, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp (remove)
Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil. Add cilantro. Let simmer 5 min. Add chopped okra, then tomatoes, seasoning, and last spinach on top. Cover pot and steam veggies until cooked down (apx. 10-15 min.) Stir and add seasoning to taste periodically if needed.
