CHICKEN BALTI AND VEGETABLE RICE

100 grams of uncooked chicken breast diced100 grams of pataks balti sauce60 grams of brown organic ricehalf a red pepperhalf a green pepperhalf a cup of sliced mushrooms30grams of chopped spring onions50 grams of frozen peas2 small courgettes sliced1tbsp olive oil
Ina lightly greased pan fry the chicken pieces to seal
then add chicken to the balti sauce and simmer until cooked.
add the rice to cold water,bring to the boil then simmer for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile fry all the other ingrediants in the olive oil until softened.
when the rice is cooked strain and mix with the vegetables and serve with the chiken and sauce.
