Pasta Alfredo KLM

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup (remove)Hannaford Part Skim Ricotta Cheese, 2 oz (remove)*Marsala Wine, Holland house 2 tbsp, 2 tbsp (remove)hannaford parmesean cheese, 6 tbsp (remove)*Pasta - Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate (2oz dry, 2/3 cup), 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until it is tender but still firm to the bite, about 3 minutes. In a saucepan melt butter, add milk and then heat over medium heat and whisk in ricotta cheese, parmesean and wine until lightly thickened. Add pasta to the saucepan and toss add salt and pepper, nutmeg to taste. Toss and thicken more. Serve immediately.
