Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c Gluten Free Baking Flour2 tbsp splenda1 tsp baking powder1/2 c egg substitute1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 c water
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add eggs and water and mix slowly to blend.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
