1 box (1-step) Angel Food Cake Mix (better with good brand name product -- Duncan Hines, Betty Crocker, etc)1 - 19 fl oz can crushed pineapple
Mix the angel food cake mix and crushed pineapple (including juice) together and beat by hand until blended.
Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan (or muffin tin) and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes (muffins bake 15-18 minutes).
Cool upside down for best results.
Serving Size: Makes 30 cupcakes. 1/12 cake = 1 serving.
